Speaking of Sitecore . . .

This week a crew of us from SolutionSet are heading to the 2012 Sitecore Symposium in Las Vegas. We enjoy working with Sitecore as it’s an innovative WCM solution that offers the right combination of tools and customization for some of our larger corporate clients who have diverse marketing programs. They recently won the 2012 Frost & Sullivan Technology Innovation Award and scored in the leaders section of Gartner’s recent Magic Quadrant for Web Content Management report for 2012.

We love attending this event each year, as it’s a chance for us to share our knowledge and also to learn what others are doing with WCM solutions. This space is constantly evolving and with the move toward deeper digitally integrated experiences and various personalization/mobility initiatives, we’re anxious to keep pushing the boundaries of what this platform can do for our clients.

As part of the program, we’ve been asked to share some of our Sitecore success stories as a lead-in to the keynote address. This is a huge honor for our team and a true testament to the depth and breadth of solutions we’ve developed recently on the Sitecore platform. The session is titled “Scaling Sitecore for Diverse Audiences” and presents three prominent case studies which all show how the platform can be tweaked for very different types of program models.

This includes working with the California Lottery to provide them the tools to handle more than 12 million jackpot enthusiasts visiting their site on a single draw date, building a single robust platform for American Express that spans 22+ markets globally, and giving TXU the ability to service tens of thousands of complex user transactions every day from various platforms.

So if you’re in Las Vegas please tweet us (@solutionset), as we’d love to connect and hear what you’re working on. And if you’re already attending the Symposium, our celebrity presenters Adam, Josh, and Eric will be signing autographs at the bar after the show . . .

Happy coding!
